Understanding the surrounding
Kids find it quite confusing when they find themselves in a completely different world, unlike home. One of the situations in a multilingual country like India, there is a contrast between their mother tongue and English. We at Little Dexters teach children the first thing to identify the objects around them. This will help them to increase their knowledge through practical demonstration of the usage and application of every object/ thing around them.
Basic Etiquettes and Behavior
Early learning is highly crucial. Children are always playful. Everything they do is their first learning experience. Our playful activities and storytelling sessions will make them learn the art of communication, proper gestures, behavior to adapt to any situation.
Group Activities
Children are creative, and many times, their hidden talents are showcased when they are involved in group activities. Qualities like problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills are some of the few talents that develop through group activities. They share ideas and thoughts without fear of judgment or ridicule.
Yoga and Music
These two combined activities are fun and unite the body and mind. In this fast-paced life, children need to know how to handle stress and relax their minds. Instilling a habit of practicing yoga with music will benefit them with mental strength and balance. The session is a blend of hummable songs and easy yoga postures which will fill children’s minds with immense happiness.
Storytelling
Children are at their best when left to their world. Sharing thoughts, listening, and participating reflects their overall personality. The best way to understand a child is to allow them to express themselves. Storytelling is the most effective way to make them learn the sense of social adaptability, empathy, sensitivity, and responsibility.
Scribble, Erase, and Create
Scribbling is phenomenal and must be encouraged with some thought or story. Let them listen and create their paintings. Scribbling is the best way to improve grip and maintain alignment while writing. It also brings out more ideas about color combination, and sketching their ideas, and certainly enhances writing.

The Wall Of Love!
My child Shivani is currently studying in a nursery in the Indus Valley School. Before putting her in the big school I was searching for a proper play school but could not get myself one that meets our requirements and needs. Shivani had come here for an English workshop and I was, to be honest, enamored by play school. I wish Little Dexters was there before.
My child, Ritansh, participated in the drawing competition by Little Dexters and for that he visited the School. He loves the interior and the behavior of the moderators there.
